First and foremost, I am a financial trader, and only later did I begin learning astrology for a very logical reason.
Over time, I observed a consistent pattern in my trading results. On certain days, I experienced substantial profits, while on others, I faced unexpected and significant losses. As this pattern continued, it raised many questions in my mind, pushing me to search for a deeper reason beyond strategy, analysis, or market conditions.
To understand this better, I began tracking my profit-and-loss days and correlating them with the Panchanga (Almanac). During this analysis, I noticed that specific Nakshatras and planetary combinations repeatedly coincided with profitable days, while certain other periods aligned with losses. This realization sparked my deeper interest in astrology.
What began as curiosity soon turned into a systematic study, where I discovered how planetary movements, lunar phases, and time cycles can influence market behavior. This logical connection between financial markets and astrological timing became the foundation of my journey into financial astrology.

William Delbert Gann (W.D. Gann) was one of the most influential and enigmatic traders and market analysts in financial history. Born in 1878 in Texas, USA, Gann became renowned for his extraordinary ability to forecast market movements with remarkable accuracy. He believed that markets move according to natural laws and that price, time, and pattern are deeply interconnected.
Gann developed a unique approach to market analysis that combined mathematics, geometry, historical cycles, and astrology. His methods emphasized the importance of time cycles, angles, and proportion, leading to the creation of well-known tools such as the Gann Angles, Square of Nine, Hexagon Chart, and Time Cycles. He asserted that when time and price are in balance, major market turning points occur.
Beyond trading, Gann authored several books and courses, including The Truth of the Stock Tape and 45 Years in Wall Street, through which he shared his philosophy and techniques. Although many of his methods were deliberately complex and sometimes cryptic, his work continues to inspire traders and financial astrologers worldwide.
